Al listened to me and learned not only about what I was looking for in a home but he learned about me, my background and how I look at things and how I expect to enjoy my new home. Al knows processes. After I found a home I was really interested in he headed the negotiations we closed in less than 60 days! Another point on communications. We used phone, text, email, (my personal as well as my work email) and face to face meetings. Each method of communications was handled appropriately. I say appropriately because Al understood that I work odd hours and he was very respectful of that.
